Rub-Off is a two tone colour with a darker top coat. As this effect is produced by hand the colour may differ slightly to the pictures shown. With general wear, the rub off will become more pronounced, but you can use our Solovair natural renovating cream to maintain the appearance.

Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

The boots are a sturdy, thick leather that will have to be broken in, but that's how good shoes should be! I like that the soles have a bit more shape to them than similar boots from other brands. My experience has always been I wear either a US Men's 7 or US Women's 9, and most US retailers treat these two sizes as semi equivalent (though the men's is usually wider), but the size conversion chart told me those are two different sizes in UK sizing! I went back and forth with customer service a few times to try to get help figuring out what size I should order (and I probably would have gotten an answer sooner if I realized the first "reply" was an auto reply and the live person didn't see my first message). Took two exchanges to finally land me in a UK 6.5/US Men's 7.5 (halfway between what my two US sizes converted to), but now that I've got the right size, it's time to break them in. Haven't worn them out of the house yet, but I'm pleased with the build quality and the fit, so I'm looking forward to many years from these boots."
