Our Goodyear welted footwear is a little larger than most other brands. We would therefore recommend you either purchase a pair of our cushioned socks with our footwear in your regular size, as they offer about 1/2 a size extra fitting, or you go 1/2 a size smaller than you typically wear.

Solovair Vegan Collection
Rub-Off is a two tone colour with a darker top coat. As this effect is produced by hand the colour may differ slightly to the pictures shown. With general wear, the rub off will become more pronounced, but you can use our Solovair natural renovating cream to maintain the appearance.
Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

"Simply excellent shoes. Very comfortable and the breaking in period is quite short. The quality is great, and like with all of the other solovair vegan leather shoes I have, none of my coworkers can tell the difference. Unlike the Gibson shoes, these don’t need in-soles. If you do want in-soles, then the measurements need to be a little bigger than the Gibson shoes. All in all would buy again."

"Short: they fit Good and Are comfortly and wearable Daily. I get much compliments for These shoes. Long: I first purchased vegan Gibson shoes, wich runs smaller than the Dealer Boots. But There wasn‘t available in the Right Size anymore, so i replace my Old Dealer Boots with the vegan Version in the Same Size. The Service was very polite, helpful and friendly. The shipment is incredible fast. Compared to the real leather Dealer Boots in Size 9, they tend to run smaller, wich is may caused By the alcantara inner Layer and maybe Other Characteristics of the vegan leather. It feels a Little Bit stiffer than real leather and folds a Little Bit sharper, but in all, feels and looks Like real leather. You should give These shoes a Little Bit Time till they get Smoother and adjust themselfes to your foot. It will Even get easier to get inside them After a while. I recommend to other Customers: - to try a half Size up, if vegan shoes should replace real leather Models. - to wear the shoes First 2-3 times, before add the optional insoles. I recommend to solovair: - to replace the black alcantara inner Layer with a sleek Material, at least at the Heels and at the instep. The Rough Surface of the alcantara inner cause high friction, especially when you want to get inside the shoes (the alcantara tend to move from it’s Place and the socks tend to Stretch) and it makes the shoe feels smaller, because of the high friction to the socks. At the Heels and the instep, it tend to let the Socks rub on the Skin. I guess, a sleek Material can cause a More free feeling and that the socks will Not rub on the Skin, but on the sleek inner Layer instead. But all in one, These Are good and Beautyful shoes. They were comfortable from the first wear and they are made in England what’s not to like?! I bought my usual size and they are roomy but I wear them with decent boot socks - the Solovair socks are good too!"
