"I can’t even review the product because two weeks later and my shipment is still on hold by customs. Apparently NPS shipped my boots as a bulk item on a pallet, and customs or DHL or whoever won’t release the shipment until all items on the pallet have been processed and cleared. "I got these boots, slightly worried that they'd be too big for me according to the foot measurements on the size guide but I took the chance anyway because the design and style of the boots is just unmatched. I have relatively wide feet and also wear orthopedic insoles in all my shoes so I hoped that might give me a better chance of them fitting.
